Gupon Agency ("Gupon Agency", "we", "us") is a web design and development studio that builds custom websites, landing pages and website redesigns for small business owners. This policy applies to this website and to the enquiries we receive through it.

You can reach us at any time by email at guponagency@gmail.com, on WhatsApp, or on Telegram.

This website does not contain contact forms, user accounts, logins, comment sections, payment checkouts or newsletter sign-ups. We do not ask you to submit personal data on the site itself. Every contact button opens an external messaging app or your own email client.

Information you send us directly

When you choose to message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, or to email us, we receive whatever you decide to share. In practice this is typically:

• your name, or the display name and phone number linked to your messaging account;
• your email address, if you write to us by email;
• your business name and a description of what you do;
• project details such as your goals, content, images, existing domain or existing website;
• anything else you voluntarily include in your message or attachments.

Technical information

Like virtually all websites, the servers that deliver this site process standard technical request data — such as your IP address, browser type, device type, requested page and the time of the request — as an ordinary part of serving pages and keeping the service secure and reliable. We do not use this data to identify you personally, and we do not build visitor profiles from it.

Information we do not collect

• We do not run advertising or marketing tracking on this website.
• We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
• We do not collect payment card details through this website.

We use the information you send us only for the purposes you contacted us for, namely to:

• reply to your enquiry and answer your questions;
• prepare a proposal, timeline and fixed price for your project;
• design, build, test and launch your website;
• set up your domain, hosting and deployment and hand access over to you;
• provide support, updates or edits you request after launch;
• keep records of agreements, invoices and work delivered.

Where the law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on your consent (when you contact us), on the performance of a contract (when we deliver a project you have commissioned), and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing this website.

We keep the number of third parties involved deliberately small. The services actually used in connection with this website are:

• Website hosting. This site is served by our hosting provider, whose servers process technical request data as described above in order to deliver pages to you.
• Google Fonts. The site loads the Inter and Plus Jakarta Sans typefaces from Google's font servers. Your browser therefore makes a request to Google when a page loads, which involves your IP address and browser information being processed by Google.
• WhatsApp, Telegram and email. Our contact buttons open these external services. Any conversation you start there is processed by that provider under its own privacy policy and terms.
• Google Search Console. We verify ownership of this domain with Google Search Console so we can see aggregated, non-identifying search performance data for the site.

Beyond these, we do not share your information with third parties, except where we are legally required to do so or where sharing is strictly necessary to deliver a project you have asked us to build (for example, registering a domain in your name or deploying your site to a host you have approved).

We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to respond to them and to maintain a reasonable record of our business correspondence. Project material — briefs, content, files and agreements — is kept for the duration of the project and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can support the finished site and meet accounting and record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

This website is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and the site is encrypted. We limit access to enquiry and project data to the people who need it to do the work, and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to receive a copy in a portable format. We work with clients in the United States and communicate through international messaging and email services. Your information may therefore be processed in countries other than the one you live in. This site links to external services such as WhatsApp and Telegram. Once you follow a link away from this website, this policy no longer applies and the privacy practices of the destination service govern your use of it.

We may update this policy when our practices, services or legal obligations change. The revised version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
